Essential support and compassion
After a death at home, the property may need far more than housekeeping. Depending on how long it was before the death was discovered, surfaces can be deeply saturated and present a genuine health risk.

The cost depends on the area affected, the time elapsed before discovery, the volume to be removed, access to the site and the treatments required. No price can be quoted seriously without seeing the property or, at the very least, detailed photographs.
Depending on the situation, the cost may fall to the estate, to the landlord, or be met in part by home insurance. We provide the documents needed to support a claim.
