Essential support and compassion

The price of after-death cleaning is always set by quotation, after a visit or a review of detailed photographs. No serious price per square metre can be given without knowing the actual condition of the property.
The main factors that affect the price:
- Time before discovery: the longer it is, the more fluids and odours have soaked into floors, mattresses and walls.
- The area and number of rooms affected by contamination.
- The volume to clear: furniture, textiles and contaminated waste removed through the DASRI clinical-waste channel.
- Removal of floor and wall coverings (parquet, carpet, skirting) when fluids have seeped through.
- Odour treatment: fogging or ozone depending on intensity.
- Access: floor level, lift, vehicle parking.
