2. Containment: The affected area is isolated to prevent cross-contamination and protect occupants and neighbors.
3. Biohazard removal: All contaminated materials — including soft furnishings, clothing, mattresses, and structural elements if necessary — are safely removed and packaged for certified disposal.
4. Deep disinfection: Surfaces are treated with professional-grade virucidal and bactericidal agents, including hydrogen peroxide fogging where required.
5. Odor elimination: We use ozone treatment and/or hydroxyl generators to permanently neutralize any residual odors.
6. Final inspection and certification: Upon completion, we provide a certificate of decontamination for insurance and legal purposes.
