Legal framework and confidentiality
Cleaning never begins before the forensic work is finished. For as long as the premises are sealed, they fall exclusively to the authorities: police, gendarmerie, investigating magistrate or forensic identification services.
Once the seals are lifted, restoring the property falls to the owner, the family or the landlord depending on the situation. That is the point at which we step in, on request.

Do odours and traces disappear completely?
In the large majority of cases, yes. Saturated porous materials such as carpets, flooring, partitions and mattresses are removed where they cannot be treated, then the volume is decontaminated. Some substrates have to be replaced for a lasting result.
