Working above shops in Paris 4th

Does the occupant need to be present?
This service usually takes place while the occupant is present or represented by someone authorised to give instructions. We agree the area to clean with that person and follow their choices throughout the intervention.
Can we start with just one room?

Do you tell neighbours why you are there?
