Does the flat need to be completely empty?
The service concerns a flat already emptied of furniture and loose items. We confirm what remains before starting because a retained fitting, appliance or cupboard content can affect the surfaces we can reach and the scope included.
Can you clean inside fitted cupboards?
Yes, when the quote includes those interiors. We distinguish cupboard fronts, shelves, drawers and other internal surfaces. If the inside is not included, we do not imply that emptying the flat automatically covers it.
What do you do with marks left by furniture?
We inspect the mark and the material around it. Dust or deposits may be removable, while a change in colour, worn finish or a shadow in the paint can belong to the surface condition and remain after cleaning.
Do you clean parquet and tomettes in the same way?
No. Parquet and tomettes have different materials and finishes, so we assess each before choosing the cleaning approach. We separate removable dirt from worn, damaged or altered flooring that may need separate work.
Is sanding or repainting included?
No. Cleaning is not sanding, repainting, repair or renovation. We can point out visible conditions that require another trade or operation, but those works are not included automatically in the cleaning scope.
