Are the before / after photos real?
Yes, these are real examples of interventions carried out by Défi Clean. Some elements may be cropped or blurred to protect the confidentiality of the occupants and the premises.
Can a quote be requested based on photos?
Yes. Photographs often allow an initial assessment. A more precise quote is then confirmed depending on the case, or after a free site visit.
Do you operate throughout France?
Yes, our teams travel across mainland France depending on urgency and the type of situation. Lead times are shortest in the Île-de-France region.
How long does an intervention take?
From half a day to several days, depending on the floor area, the volume to be removed, the condition of the surfaces and the access. The quote sets out the estimated duration and the number of technicians.
Do you publish photos of our property?
Never without explicit agreement. The images shown here were published with permission, and nothing that could identify a person or an address appears in them.
What happens to belongings and waste?
Documents, photographs, jewellery and keepsakes are set aside and returned. Waste is removed through approved channels, with consignment notes where its nature requires them.
Is the intervention discreet?
Yes. Our vehicles are unmarked and we adapt our hours to limit movement through communal areas. Nothing identifies the nature of the work to neighbours.
