How authorised removal is organised around other trades
Scope
The first step is to identify what may actually be removed. Authorised items are separated from belongings that must remain or still need a decision. The presence of another booked trade does not widen that permission.
Sequence
The other work already planned is identified where it affects the clearance. A contractor, remover or viewing may create a before-and-after order that determines which items can be dealt with at each stage.
Priority
Areas that must be freed for the next operation are identified. This can mean dealing with one room or route before another, without assuming that the rest of the property should be cleared at the same time.
Removal
The authorised items are removed according to the defined sequence. Anything not approved for removal remains in place, even where it makes access less convenient or prevents another area from being reached immediately.
Review
Once a section has been cleared, the condition of the exposed surfaces becomes visible. New dirt, marks or damage may appear, but those findings do not automatically turn the clearance into a cleaning or restoration service.
Adjustment

Those items remain pending until the required step has taken place. Clearance may continue in another independent area if that is possible. Défi Clean does not promise a date based on another trade’s schedule and does not coordinate that external work on the client’s behalf.
Does a date set by another trade mean the clearance will be finished before then?
No. An external date is a constraint that helps explain the intended order of operations, not a commitment by Défi Clean. The scope still depends on access, authorisation and what can actually be removed when the relevant part of the property becomes available.

Hoarder clearance focuses on removing items that have been authorised to leave. Diogenes syndrome cleaning includes sorting and cleaning within a situation of accumulation.
