From a back-of-courtyard storeroom to the street in Paris 3rd
Around rue Chapon and rue du Temple, workshops and storerooms can sit at the back of a courtyard. The route to the van may cross a doorway, a paved courtyard and the passage to the street. A load can change hands and travel over several surfaces before reaching the vehicle. We plan those transitions rather than treating removal as one straight carry. Will you find and set aside all personal documents?
We set aside identified personal documents according to the agreed instructions, but never guarantee finding them all. If you want a particular file or object searched for, tell us before work begins so that the search can be included in the quote. We cannot promise that the requested item will be found.
Can you dismantle furniture that will not fit through a doorway?
We assess the furniture and the full route before proposing dismantling. The owner must agree beforehand. The item’s construction and condition can limit what is possible, so we do not assume every wardrobe can be taken apart. We also do not promise that dismantled furniture can later be reassembled or reused.
Can you clear a storeroom behind a workshop?
We can assess the request by checking the authorised items and the route to the street. You identify who can give instructions for the contents and explain the access you know. A storeroom full of boxes is not automatically waste; we remove only what falls within the agreed and authorised scope.
Can items wait in the courtyard while you bring others out?
We do not plan to leave items standing in the courtyard. We organise the carrying and loading sequence around the permitted route and the vehicle arrangements. The building rules and the managing agent establish how shared spaces may be used. Access across the paving does not automatically allow storage there.
What should I do if there are chemicals or healthcare waste?
Report the containers you know about without opening them. Healthcare waste and chemicals require dedicated disposal routes, with an authorised or specialist provider where their nature requires it. We clarify that route before agreeing their removal rather than automatically treating them as part of the other waste leaving the premises.
Will the rooms be completely empty afterwards?
We remove the items included in the authorised scope, which may not mean everything in the room. Retained furniture and items awaiting a decision remain as agreed. We review those limits with you. Even where the floor is fully exposed, thorough cleaning is not part of clearance and must be priced separately.
