Will you remove everything from the apartment?

What if there is nowhere to put the belongings we are keeping?
We discuss this before starting rather than assuming another room is available. In a small flat, we may need to work through limited groups of boxes and agree a place for retained items. Each move must leave a usable passage. We do not solve the problem by removing belongings without permission.
Why does cleaning follow the sorting and removal?
Boxes and furniture can prevent access to parts of the floor and other surfaces. Sorting and authorised removal expose the areas included in the cleaning scope. Does the term Diogenes syndrome mean you diagnose the occupant?
No. We use it to identify this service and the search term people may use when looking for help. Our work concerns belongings, access and surfaces. A room full of boxes does not allow us to draw conclusions about the occupant’s health, and you do not need to explain their personal history.
Will the apartment be ready to live in afterwards?
We do not guarantee habitability. Sorting clears the agreed spaces, and we clean the surfaces included in the quote, but damaged flooring or a damp wall may need separate assessment and repairs. We also cannot guarantee that a smell will disappear. We explain these limits rather than presenting cleaning as a complete repair.
